Howdy! We’re Matt and Maray! Matt is from Philadelphia and Maray is from San Antonio. We met in Boston in 2003, both working in the food industry, and after a harsh Boston nor’easter, we moved to SATX in 2005. Since we moved to SA, we’d been wanting an East Coast deli, similar to what Matt grew up with in Philly. In 2022, we were offered the commercial space at our current Beacon Hill location and we built our little deli from the ground up. We just happen to also live in our Beacon Hill neighborhood and are proud to serve our community with the best dang sandwiches we have to offer.
